Our Process
Every Judy Designs project moves through a considered process: brief, site assessment, design story, design development, installation, and final handover.
We begin with a discovery call or meeting to understand and incorporate your vision, lifestyle, project goals, timeline, and budget. This helps us determine the scope of work and how best to serve your needs as we provide bespoke high end designs that suit you.
A detailed site inspection is conducted to take measurements, assess existing conditions, floor plans, or even photographs and videos, and gather all information required for the design phase. A site visit fee applies and will be communicated prior to scheduling.
Using insights gathered from our consultation and site assessment, we develop a personalized design direction that reflects your lifestyle and tells your unique story. This stage includes a carefully curated mood board, color palette, material selections, furniture concepts, inspirational imagery, and preliminary space-planning ideas.
We present a visual narrative of the proposed design to ensure every element aligns with your vision before moving into detailed development.
Following concept approval, we transform the design direction into detailed layouts, 3D visualizations, furniture specifications, and design documentation to guide implementation. The complete design package is presented for review and refinement before final approval.
Once approved, we coordinate procurement, source materials and furnishings, and collaborate with contractors and suppliers locally and internationally to ensure a seamless transition from design to execution.
Once all design, materials, and specifications have been approved, implementation begins. Our team works closely with contractors, artisans, and suppliers to ensure every element is executed according to the approved design intent.
Regular site visits are conducted to monitor progress, maintain quality standards, and address any challenges that may arise. Throughout this phase, clients receive ongoing updates, ensuring a smooth and transparent journey from concept to completion.
Upon completion of the installation phase, it will be our pleasure to guide you through a final walkthrough of your newly transformed space. Every detail has been intentionally designed, curated, and executed to reflect your lifestyle, preferences, and project objectives.
This handover marks the culmination of our design journey together, as we present a thoughtfully crafted environment that is both functional and timeless, created exclusively for you.
